Monitoring - Bounce rates have dropped and Microsoft 365's systems are stabilising. We will continue to monitor, but this issue is now considered closed.

Identified - Some customers are experiencing higher than normal email bounce rates when sending emails to Microsoft 365 email addresses. Please be aware that this is an issue with Microsoft 365 and affects all senders, not just Formitize. We are monitoring and awaiting Microsoft's resolution of this issue.
